About the event
1) Vacio roasted on the grill with firewood and charcoal in slow cooking for approximately 5/6 hours accompanied by an exquisite Argentine Creole sauce.
2) Argentine meat cooked with red wine over medium heat for 3 hours.
3) Pork marinated for 12 hours and cooked in white wine.
4) Choripan, Argentine chorizo cooked on the grill with firewood and charcoal with chimichurri sauce.
This will be accompanied by breads, roasted vegetables and salads.
Finally, there is a tasting of Argentine desserts.
